今年找工作有一个整体感受： 自己从招聘软件投出去的简历， 就算有的几轮面试了， 最终杳无音信的概率都很大 反而找朋友内推的 最后基本都能拿到offer。 有一个感觉是， 大家招聘都非常谨慎 信任成本也很高 公司用人也更倾向于找能力强的来填补空缺 而不是找一个能干活的普通打工人
