读论文后的几个暴论： 1. 真正的生产力 = 顶级 AI + 优化提示词 + 人类审查 2. Claude Opus 4.1 目前仍然最强，GPT-5 High其次。 3. 通过“脚手架”提示词，让模型多推理、多用多模态检查，效果显著。 4. 一定要用顶级模型，用垃圾模型生成内容审查时间反而降低效率。
