很多打着天使投资/孵化创业的机构是这么骗年轻人的： 1. 公开职位，招聘c-level，如co-founder/CEO/CTO 2. 招募刚毕业年轻人，面试通过者，随机组3-4人形成团队。 3. 给予极少资金，比如100w，要求创业公司出让10%以上股份。 3: 这100w，包含了这3-4人的工资，创业开销，基本等于白嫖优质劳动力，加抽彩票。 4: 机构一本万利，比保险公司赚钱。创业项目即使成功，后边会彻底失去控制。
