今年最反直觉的两个认知： 1. dont 哥说粉丝数是没用的，只要精准的受众 2. medeo 联创说的 dau 是负债，只要真正愿意付费的用户 这些都是今天内容平台千人千面时代的第一性原理的推演 既然都千人千面了，你还要那么多不精准的流量，何必呢？ 当你开始拉黑不喜欢你的粉丝，你很开心，他也不会看到你了，也会开心 当你开始只为目标用户做产品，喜欢你产品的人疯狂充值，大家都很开心 AI 时代，算法时代，一些互联网时代的逻辑已经改变 你不需要取悦所有人，不需要陷入粉丝数和 DAU 的陷阱。
发现自己的 coding 模式最近几个月的一些变化。 - rules/docs 的习惯 我现在会非常谨慎引入 rules/mcp tools，相反会在文件、类、代码上以更聚集性（locality）的方式把重要的结论、演进历史、设计决定嵌入或者存在同一级别。让 swe agent 按需能搜到、pick up 到。 - fine-grained conversation 比较少维护很长的 conversation，但是会把一个 topic 的 session 改好名字，方便之后找到后续需要的情况去 append。 - 同一个 repo 下，也常常并行开更多新的 session。 - 我之前总是提及的 pair coding 明显变少了，这使得我即使是 UI tweak 的任务也少用 composer-1 了，全都是 opus 了。

突然意识到 Claude Code skill 为什么是更好的模式： - 有版本控制，能看到哪个有效 - 占用上下文小 - 加载快 - 可随时修改 - 自带数据存储 本质上是一个可迭代的 prompt 系统 这才是 AI 原生的工作流
我的配置也很少, 简单分享一下 1. MCP 只有 context 7 , 仅仅就软件开发这个环节, MCP 似乎并没有我想象中的那么好用, 反而直接吼一句让AI 写好脚本直接显式调用幺蛾子更少 (比如 notion mcp 至今不支持本地md文件一次调用塞到某个database中, 让AI自己拆解任务反而容易出错, 写个脚本反而很快很稳) 2. subagent 蛮好用, 条理清晰的写完要求, 让 cc 「开启多个agent」汇总报告, 比如你甚至你可以用同一个代码review agent 对多处模块并行调研, 最后汇总, 这块完全取决于你的提示词水准. 3. 能和 AI 多聊一会就多聊一会, 写代码反倒在我和 claude code 中占比的时间比较少, 比如我会更多的产品的名词是什么, 技术的名词是什么, 命名是否到位, (毕竟命名不正则言不顺), 代码应该怎么放, 软件规格是什么样的, 怎么去完成验收. 4. 能用 plan 模式就用 plan 模式 5. Skill 之前试了几个感觉并不是很顺手, 官方 skill 中的 frontend-design 比较好用, 复杂一些的需求感觉用代码写也并不复杂, 我就直接写了个 electron 壳用 agent sdk 调 cc 了.....

Google Disco登场！Gemini 3赋能，浏览器的AI革命 Disco 到底是什么？它不是 Chrome 的替代品，而是“探索浏览未来”的试验场。 Google 把 Disco 定位成一个 discovery vehicle（探索载具）：用来快速试验“现代网页需要什么样的 AI 功能”。 目前还未开放，加入 waitlist、先在 macOS 开放测试。 它的核心并不是另起一个浏览器战争，而是拿“浏览器”这个入口做一件更激进的事：当用户面对复杂任务时，浏览器不再只提供标签页，而是提供一个“项目空间”—把聊天、网页标签、以及 GenTabs 生成的应用组织在一起，形成一个可迭代的任务容器。 媒体把它形容为“browser inside the browser”的项目式结构。 Disco 能够理解这些页面的关联，并在浏览器侧边栏实时“编写”并运行一个小程序。 这个应用被称为 GenTabs（生成式标签页）。它不是一段静态的总结文本，而是一个完全交互式、功能完备的 Web 应用。

我一直觉得运气这是纯粹看命，有的人就是运气好，有的人就是运气差。 今天看到一个有意思的观点，叫“运气表面积”（Luck Surface Area），最早来自Jason Roberts： > “你生活中会有多少‘无心插柳柳成荫’的意外之喜？这取决于你的‘运气表面积’ (Luck Surface Area)。简单来说，这个面积的大小，是由你对某件事的热爱程度，以及你能把这件事有效地传达给多少人，这两者共同决定的。” —— Jason Roberts 上面这个观点包含两个核心要素： 1. 只要你做得够深（热爱） 2. 喊得够响（传播） 如果你热爱的事情恰好能产出某种具体的、可以向世界展示的成果，那么恭喜你，你在这个过程中已经自带了“先天优势”。
Double Shot | LLM Persona, role play 两篇喜欢的文章，一起看。 “you are a helpful assistant”，这种烙印般的persona，会让 LLM 时刻想回到乐于助人的状态，而无法稳定地长期的保持其他的人格状态。 Paper 1: 模型因为对齐得太好，而无法扮演反派角色。 Paper 2: 模型随着时间推移，会慢慢忘记最初角色设定，而回到帮手状态。 在漏洞检测时，我们需要红队人格。 在金融博弈中，我们需要套利钻营人格。 并不是所有情景，都需要 helpful assistant。
抖音上有一个按钮，可以让你筛选出这个作者最热的一些视频 但我觉得我的视频里最值得看的，应该是不热的那些视频 是我发布时间在三个月以内的，且播放量最差的那些视频 时间在3个月以内，意味着我对于内容还是有基本的把控力的，我基本上能判断这个视频发出去之后有没有流量 我明知道这个视频不会有太大流量，还发出去，意味着里面讲了一些我觉得值得讲的东西，这也意味着这大概率是转化率比较高的视频 这个判断标准我觉得不仅仅是适用于我的内容，应该适用于很大一批作者
