人如何建立自己的系统？ 🍃婴儿时期源于跟抚养者（多半是父母之间）的互动，参考母婴依恋关系情景实验。随后成年期这个人与他人和周围环境的共同经历，会逐渐成为他认识世界的底层模型，包括认知和情感层面。 🍃这个底层模型，或者说原则体系就像滤纸和漏斗，所有后续的生活经验都要经过它的过滤。 人对自我的感知往往也会决定他们对世界的认知。他如何定义自己，也用相似的体系定义周围。 原则体系并不固定，会在关系中不断被影响和调整。一段接纳、认同的关系，是在人与人的相处过程中构建出来的。 🍃人在进入新的环境需要适应，适应期会用他过往经验已经内化的「旧模式经验」，也会在互动过程中组织「新感受」，最后形成完整的、连续的自我。 在压力下，一个人就算想要开启新模式，回到旧模式是本能。例如在糟糕经验重现时，以往受伤的经历和负面情绪（如空虚、自卑感）会再次袭来。 经验需要不断重建。人际交往如此，咨询师和来访者亦是。心理咨询是一段付费的安全关系，同时咨询往往并没有那么万能。没有孤立的灵魂，就算一切烦恼皆来源于人际关系，也不存在完全独立的个人。所以人最终都要回到社会关系，心理咨询的更像是一段真空的过渡舱。 以上都是我这几天读《主体间性心理治疗：当代精神分析新成就》的心得，高敏感N人太适合读了，这句话是我说的。 🍃与传统精神分析最早脱胎于医学，主要研究「医学与个体心理之间的身心交互」不同。主体间性更关注主观经验，重点研究「不同个体的主观经验如何相互作用」。 它不像传统分析那样重视性心理发展阶段、无意识、防御机制。它更关注陈述问题后的解决方式和产生了什么情感体验。 🍃对我而言，解答了很多咨询场景中，如果咨询师能力不足会发生什么场景、该如何处理的困惑。 如果先学主体间治疗方法，再学自体心理学。一定会少吃很多实际个案分析看不懂的苦。

呜呜呜这个我觉得review到每篇论文都很强的workshop accept我们submit icml的paper。 好开心，四月底可以去巴西旅游看看了！！！ 从大厂写后端infra代码转ai研究一年，已经写了四篇论文了，三篇都是共同一作并且四篇里除了两篇在投以外已经有两篇是顶会了🥳 当然领域都很杂，分别是机器人学习、vlm、强化学习和alignment。对我来说2025年不管事业上、感情上、身体上都是高强度探索、负收入、非常痛苦的一年，希望2026年可以开始慢慢有收获！
